Sales Representative Moving company (Houston)

We are seeking a reliable and customer service-oriented Sales Representative to join our moving company.
With sales experience please! The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service and Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, conducting cold calls, and converting leads into sales.
The position requires the ability to work weekends from 11 AM to 8 PM.
Summer only Responsibilities: - Generate leads through various channels including cold calls, referrals, and networking - Contact potential customers to inform them about our services and schedule appointments for in-home estimates - Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients - Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into sales - Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery - Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs Requirements: - Proven experience in sales or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic - Willingness to work weekends from 11 AM to 8 PM Summer only - Valid driver's license and clean driving record Compensation: - Competitive base salary - Generous commission structure - Performance-based incentives - Paid time off If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for sales and customer service, we would love to hear from you.
