When you combine the convenience of working from home with the flexibility of setting your own schedule, your work/life balance can look however you want it to! As an Overnight Sales Representative, you’ll be taking inbound customer calls from the comfort of your own home.
Since these customers have already expressed interest in the products being sold, your role is straightforward; if you can follow a script and bring a friendly voice, you’ll be successful!
*What You’ll Be Doing*
You’ll be talking with customers of top direct-to-consumer brands who call after seeing a product ad on TV.
Products sold include cookware, other household goods, and apparel.
On these calls, you’ll:
· Answer customer questions, with most answers provided within the script
· Present offers as they come up in the script
· Use your friendly personality and persuasive communication skills to encourage customers to purchase the offers you present
· Enter customer data into the system
· Provide a scripted order summary
· Submit the order
It’s as simple as that! The majority of Overnight Sales Representatives are making at least $13/hour, and top earners are making $30-35/hour.
*About You*
Prior inbound sales experience is NOT required.
However, you’ll play a critical role in the sales process, so it’s important that you can create exceptional customer experiences and maximize sales opportunities.

*Your Home Office Environment*
It is recommended that you have a computer meeting at least the following specifications:
· Operating System: Windows 10 or Windows 11 (Macs and Chromebooks are not supported at this time)
· Processor: Intel Core i5 processor 1.
7 GHz or Intel Pentium 4 processor 2.
4 GHz
· Memory: 8GB of RAM
· 500MB of free hard drive space
· Browser: Internet Explorer 11 and latest version of Chrome or Firefox
· Monitor: Dual monitors, each capable of displaying at least 1024 x 768 pixels
· Sound: Sound card installed (standard on most computers)
· Virus Protection: Up-to-date anti-virus software installed
· Webcam (for the certification process)
*Remote and Flexible*
You’ll be taking calls and making money from the comfort and safety of your own home.
Plus you’ll enjoy flexible scheduling, where you use a self-scheduling platform to select when you work and when you don’t.
That means you’ll have the freedom to schedule around your own needs, the needs of your family, and the important events in your life.
Hours of operation are 12:00 AM ET to 8:30 AM ET, seven days per week.
You choose your own hours within those hours of operation.
Please note that our third-party client requires that each independent contractor services a minimum of 10 weekend hours per week.
If you’d prefer to service fewer than 10 weekend hours per week as an independent contractor, you’re free to pursue a different opportunity within the NexRep Marketplace.
