**Responsibilities:** - Conduct in-home consultations with potential clients to understand their remodeling needs and preferences.
- Develop solutions and proposals for clients.
- Present proposals to clients and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond to ensure client satisfaction.

**Qualifications:** - Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the home remodeling or construction industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
