Centurion Portable Generator (Deer Park)

Centurion (made by Generac) portable generator, 5000 run watts/6250 surge watts, complete with natural gas conversion kit, gas hose, and power cord to be used to connect to breaker box.
I have run this unit on both gasoline AND natural gas, but have not been able to get a full 120 volt output.
I have connected it to my breaker panel and the voltage at house electrical outlets was 108-110 volts which will operate lights, ceiling fans, etc.
but not a refrigerator as they are sensitive to low voltage.
The unit looks in very good condition, and someone with more knowledge of this type of equipment would likely be able to determine why the voltage is low.
I can text pics, and I have the operating manual and info on the gas kit as well.
I have not run this unit recently so it may require some effort to get it started.
