I am offering professionally installed 100 % solids commercial/industrial epoxy flooring for your garage , patio or shop .
This is NOT some do it yourself water based home depot epoxy that some guys push on here.
I ONLY use REAL epoxy 100 % solids commercial/industrial grade epoxy, numerous colors to choose from, HI-GLOSS, on my customer's floors.
This is not some weekend warrior hit and run floor job.
I painstakingly lay out your floor because it's MY name behind it.
I spend an entire day doing nothing but degreasing, cleaning, grinding and filling cracks and holes prior to applying your new floor.
One hundred percent solids epoxy is OVER TWICE as thick as water based and solvent based epoxies meaning a 10-15 year floor compared to a five year floor.
One hundred percent solids epoxy is the industry standard.
NOT "hi solids" NOT water based epoxies that are cheaper and a lot less durable.
Ninety nine percent of the guys pushing epoxy floors on here use cheap solvent or water based epoxy.
It's cheaper, less durable, ALOT thinner and, importantly, won't last even remotely as long as 100 percent solids floors.
They use these cheaper products because it keeps their costs down.
Good for them when giving you a bid but bad for the longevity and durability of your floor.
It's about them not you and they know most customers don't know better and only care about that bottom number when shopping prices.
So beware.
You want to do this one time and be done with it not worrying about it not lasting or coming up a year down the road.
You pick the color of your base coat and the decorative flake combinations are endless.
Prices vary up or down depending on the size of the garage, patio or shop.
I am a professional commercial contractor with over 15 years experience servicing such clients as Skechers shoes, Dominoes pizza, Philly connection, United states physical therapy clinics (USPT), Himalaya vitamins and many others as well as countless residential repaints and remodels.
I am a family business and I take my quality of work very seriously.
Be careful who you hire to install an epoxy floor.
These weekend warriors on cl offering to come in and throw a cheap priced floor down in 2 days should be a HUGE red flag for you.
KNOW exactly what they are using and EXACTLY what work they are doing so you can see for yourself why they are cheap.
Most won't prime your floor.
EVERY manufacturer of epoxy recommends using a epoxy primer for more reasons than I can list here.
Ask these cheap guys if they patch the holes, cracks and divots with epoxy floor patch prior to laying your floor or if they just throw decorative flakes over them hiding them from you.
This is how a fly by night offers cheap floors.
They use cheap water based epoxy or thin solvent based epoxy from Sherwin Williams or, worse yet, Rustoleum epoxy "paint" from Home Depot.
They don't use a primer and they don't patch the holes and cracks in your floor.
Not cleaned, profiled and given time to dry BEFORE laying epoxy and it will be flaking up inside 6 months and they will be nowhere around much less coming out and paying for their floor failure.
As with the materials I use being only high grade commercial grade products I prepare your floor by industry standards as well.
That means mechanically grinding it to create the profile needed for a 20 year floor.
THAT is the industry standard NOT "acid etching" like a lot of these amateurs do.
Acid etching is being lazy, it doesn't adequately profile the floor meaning you can have spots start coming up where the acid didn't react with the concrete adequately.
I don't cut corners just to run in and throw a floor down, collect a check and then run off to the next job.
I put my name behind my work and I don't disappear after the job is complete.
There is a huge difference in the quality of epoxy and top coats and I don't use cheap quality materials just to keep my price low with the fly by nights.
That's like comparing a Ferrari to a Hyundai.
So feel free to call or text me if you have any questions.
