Found very friendly dog in neighborhood.
Seems to know basic commands and appears recently groomed (nails and hair on paws trimmed nicely).
Was with a male who was a little bigger than her but was unable to catch him.
All black with an almost wirey coat, looks terrier like.
Medium/Large size.
No microchip.
