*Job Description* Centerra Ranch Montessori School Fulshear is seeking a Director to join our team in Fulshear, TX.
The Director will be responsible for the daily operations of the department.
*Qualifications:* * Experience in a related field.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to the ever-changing industry landscape * Strong knowledge of Licensing standards * Strong leadership qualities * Ability to work with a diverse workforce and be a team player.
* Must have strong communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with all levels of management and staff * Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team * Good computer skills *Duties:* * Ensure all permits and licenses are valid and in compliance * Hiring and on-boarding staff members and aides to ensure a cohesive team.
* Train and mentor the staff and ensure that the teachers receive / up-to-date with the required hours of training.
* Maintain student, parent and staff records * Providing update reports to management * Student enrollment * Ensure compliance with ALL Health, Safety and Environment requirements * Maintain a current Food Manager certificate * Work with Owner and the Assistant Director to establish and streamline various processes that will result in a smooth and efficient functioning of the school.
