Looking for seasoned financial professional with experience with Business Partner Support and Strategic Financial Support.
Responsibilities include:
Monthly financial reporting
End to end P&L management for Digital Services, including revenue, gross margin, opex/spend
Oversee quarterly Forecasting, Annual Budget, financial aspects Long Term Planning and Investment Management
Provide financial guidance for New Service Introductions, including accounting, operational setup, tax and trading structure
Lead financial compliance efforts for Digital Services, including executing SOX controls
Process improvements to forecasting process, investment oversight, revenue recognition for SaaS and Software revenue recognition
Prepare executive level reports and presentations, using data and providing insights to drive business decisions and operationalize strategy
Provide finance leadership for major initiatives, including internal controls, organizational changes, potential M&A, deal negotiations, cost savings initiatives
Provide training and mentorship to team members on SaaS and Software business models
Team management and oversight
Education and Experience required:
University degree with concentration in finance and/or accounting; advanced degree or accounting certification (CPA, MBA) preferred
10+ years experience in FP&A Role
Power BI, Data Visualizations, Storytelling
Experience with SaaS, Services and/or Software, including knowledge of standard industry metrics and revenue recognition accounting rules under US GAAP
Experience with business transformation from hardware to software business models or from perpetual to SaaS/Subscription business models
Experience working with cross functional teams, especially Controllership, Business Transformation, IT, Tax/Global Trade
Aptitude for data mining, master data management, and building meaningful insights from detailed information
Knowledge and Skills:
Leadership and ability to take the reins, voice opinions, drive initiatives forward
Self-starter who can work independently
Understanding of US GAAP, especially regarding revenue recognition, and impacts on financial modeling and forecasting
Excellent analytical skills and ability to apply professional judgement
Excellent business application skills, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI
