THE IDEAL TEAM LEAD EMPLOYEE: * Have prior shift lead or experience directing others * Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized and work with a sense of urgency * Works well in fast paced environment * Honest & Reliable * Good customer service and communication skills * Must be able to work some weekends * Restaurant, Service Industry, Hospitality or similar experience preferred but not required ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Our store team lead will be responsible for tracking and managing daily orders, maintaining high quality standards and ensuring orders are completed and sent on time, directing employees regarding quality & tasks--timely & efficiently, engaging in communication with walk-in & phone-in customers regarding current and future catering orders.
