The Global Project Manager will manage project execution and deliverables within assigned facilities including decision making to ensure both the Company’s & customers best interests are served and protected.
The The GPM will be covering the territory of Americas, but will cooperate with ITT manufacturing locations globally, reporting the Global Director of Project Management”.
#IP1 #LI-TP2 Essential Responsibilities: Project Management Duties Supports quotation stage with project management expertise on significant opportunities, when assigned to a project Pre-Award.
Manage Project Execution and deliverables within assigned facilities including decision making to ensure both ITT Goulds & customers best interest are protected.
Leads each site Contract/Project Manager and has a higher authority level with access to other Facility functions and information to meet customer contract needs and expectations.
Drive on-time performance, cash and profitability on managed projects Performs risk analysis and management on own projects by using the company processes Uses project management processes, approaches, and tools defined by the Project Management Office.
Team Leadership: Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction throughout project delivery Cross-functional leadership of multiple project teams as well as collaboration with Site PMs and Management.
Manage Order Entry, Engineering & Design Engineering schedules and milestones in support of customer and operational commitments.
Mentoring and guidance to junior Project Managers.

" Position Requirements: Education: University degree in Engineering (strong preference) or related technical field.
Experience: 5 years minimum in Project Management previous experience.
Professional Background: Background in API pumps and large engineered process pumps is ideal.
Background in other engineered areas could also be acceptable.
Experience selling and/or procuring motors, mechanical seals and seal systems are a benefit.
Also some knowledge of castings and materials such as duplex stainless steels would also be a plus.
Other Skills/Knowledge/Experience: Experience with industrial customers and engineering contractors High energy and acute sense of urgency to proactively communicate with customers as it relates to schedules and execution plans International Experience.
Technical product knowledge (strongly recommended).
Must understand Contract Terms and Conditions Understanding of Technical Specifications & Requirements Knowledge of Export terms & conditions.
Knowledge of MS Project or other project management software.
Understanding of IP policies and procedures a plus.
Proficiency with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).

The salary offered to a candidate is based several factors such as candidate experience and qualifications, location, as well as market and business considerations.
Equal Pay Act Range: Annual Salary Range $114,600 to $172,000.
