Are you a detail-oriented and customer-service focused service advisor individual looking for more financing opportunity? This position is commission plus bonus and high performers can earn $100,000+ per year!
*Service Writer / Service Advisor Job Duties:*
* Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information.
* Test drives the vehicle with customer as needed to confirm the problem or refer to test technician.
* Refers to service history, inspects vehicle, and recommends additional needed service.
* Advises customers on how to best take care of their Volkswagen and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications.
* Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
* Works with CDK and X-time to schedule customers.
* Sells additional services to the valued customers of the company.
* Informs appointment and walk-in customers the estimated time of completion for service work and make sure they are communicated with throughout the appointment.
* Communicates the diagnoses from the Service Technician to the Customer in a timely manner, explaining in detail what is needed.
* Helps process payments when necessary, or introduces the guest to the cashier to pay for their Service RO.
*Qualifications:*
* *Minimum of 3 years’ Service Advisor Experience*
* *CDK and Volkswagen Knowledge is PREFERRED!*
* European experience preferred.
* Must have proven Customer satisfaction ratings - CSI/CES
* Must have experience working with customers and exhibit stellar interpersonal skills.
* Must have ability to explain thing to customers about their vehicle and the work that was done or needs to be done.
* Must be sales-oriented and friendly.
* Must be able to pass a drug test
* Must have a valid driver's license
