River Oaks Country Club is seeking for passionate and dedicated Culinary professionals to join our ROCC Culinary Team where you will get to experience food production & culinary innovation.
Our Culinary Team takes on the production throughout 7 kitchens and 4 restaurant concepts.
This renovation has also provided our employees with brand new facilities including cafeteria, lounge, employee gym and locker rooms! This position will report to Executive Sous Chef.

Duties and Responsibilities
Assures all menu items are prepared and are fresh prior to service
Serves items in accordance with established portions and presentation standards
Sets up service units with needed items; Sets up, maintains and breaks down work station
Requisitions items needed to produce menu items; Notifies Sous Chef of expected shortages
Adheres to state and local health and safety regulations; Ensures work areas and equipment are clean and sanitary.
Assists the Sous Chef in maintaining security and safety in the kitchen
Maintains neat professional appearance and observes personal cleanliness rules
Covers, dates and properly stocks all food production/stores leftover products that are re-usable
Follow Club’s menu recipes & procedures with all food production.
Is required to speak with a direct supervisor before making any changes to Club's recipe's and/or Club procedures.
Qualifications
At least 2 or more year’s on the job culinary experience at a Mid-Scale or Upscale Dining Restaurant, Hotel or Country Club
Provide a valid Texas Food Handlers Certificate
Working knowledge of Kitchen Stations (Fry Station, Broiler Station, Sautee Station, Grill Station & Pantry)
