Seeking a highly motivated _*Physical Therapist*_ to join our team working with the pediatric population.
Must be professional, ethical, and dependable.
Responsible for the evaluation, re-evaluation, development, and implementation of a plan of care in accordance with the departmental policies and procedures and preferred practice patterns.
Directs and supervises the activities performed by the Physical Therapy Department staff, including Physical Therapists, Physical Therapy Assistants, and Physical Therapy students as mandated by the PT Board, APTA, and CPTA.
* Demonstrates knowledge and proficiency in Physical Therapy modalities.
* Maintains records pertinent to the personnel and operation of the department.
* Maintains a good working relationship both within the department and with other departments.
* Consults other departments, as appropriate, to collaborate in patient care and performance improvement activities.
* Coordinates and conducts regular staff meetings to pass on new department information, educate PT staff on new trends in PT.
* Coordinates and participates in educational staff performance improvement.
* Assists with orientation and training for department staff members.
* Participates in guidance and educational programs.
* Responsible for remaining current in Physical Therapy literature, trends and new developments.
* Keeping staff updated through proper line of communication by regularly holding PT department meetings.
* Contributed to evaluation of PT department.
* Complies with all overall clinic policies and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.
00 - $120,000.
