We are currently looking for a Clinical Regional Training in our North Houston and South Houston Pods.

Provides leadership and guidance to team lead and clinical staff.
Ensures clinic needs are being met through appropriate training of clinical staff with the goal of providing high-quality care for our patients.
Works with management and staff members in a spirit of cooperation and teamwork.
Supports the goals and objectives of Allergy & ENT Associates.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Develop and update engaging training materials for clinical staff, focusing on both efficiency and safety.
Serve as a role model and go-to resource for clinical staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Coordinate and conduct orientation, onboarding, and ongoing training programs for new and existing clinical staff.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical functions, policies, and procedures, and impart this knowledge effectively during training sessions for new hires and existing clinical staff.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service; the ability to demonstrate a series of activities designed to enhance the level of both internal and external stakeholder satisfaction.
Responsible for training hub and ensuring that training equipment and materials meet trainee needs Regularly assess and identify the educational needs of nursing staff and arrange in-service training accordingly.
Educational resource for clinical staff and Team Leads, ensuring adherence to quality standards, compliance, and efficiency in patient care.
Identify and recommend policies and procedures as needed to ensure quality, compliance, accuracy, and cost efficiency as pertaining to patient care needs at clinic locations.
Assists Practice Managers in maintaining current records of clinical staff license verification and CPR certification.
Acts as OSHA Safety Officer for clinic location and ensures staff compliance with OSHA regulations and safety guidelines.
Provides annual OSHA in-service to clinic staff.
Ensures all staff compliance with HIPAA policies and procedures.
Support for Practice Manager in region/pod in interviewing and hiring new clinical personnel.
Collaborates with other Clinical Regional Trainers, Practice Managers, Physicians, Mid-level providers, and Administrators in evaluating and implementing changes and improvements in training and services.
Continues professional self-development.
Required to participate in continuing education classes 1-2 times yearly.
Attends Clinical Regional Trainer Meetings as scheduled.
Attendance is required for all In-Service trainings Travel to other clinics, within reasonable distance, will be required.
May perform specific Job Activities as assigned/directed by the DOCOT.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Current Texas Nursing RN or LVN License.
Current CPR Certification.
4 years nursing experience preferred with 2-3 years of progressive supervisory and/or management experience desired.
Allergy/ENT Medical Office experience helpful.
Training - Ability to develop training materials that are Searching for gaps in training content and materials that need updating to generate higher productivity and safety among staff Leading programs to assist employees with transitions due to technological changes Conducting orientation programs and arranging on-the-job training for new hires and re-training current staff.
Safety and Confidentiality - Follows OSHA regulations and the safety guidelines of the Practice.
Follows HIPAA policies and procedures.
Respects and maintains patient confidentiality.
Use CPR skills when necessary.

In the performance of certain patient care tasks, the Clinical Regional Trainer may be expected to have sufficient manual dexterity in order to safely perform various skills and techniques.
Tasks and expectations may vary by clinical site and medical practice.
Substantial movements (motion) of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers in a repetitive manner.
May be exposed to acutely ill patients, communicable diseases, blood borne pathogens, and airborne allergens used during skin testing and immunotherapy.
Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor clinic office setting with adequate ventilation; Moderate noise (examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic) Typical schedule is Monday through Friday with regular working hours with an occasional Saturday clinic; travel to other clinics will be required.
