A few qualifications this integral person must possess are:
• Ability to work under pressure at extreme heights
• The ability to prioritize and multitask at a high volume of work
• Superb professional communication and organizational skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Basic mathematical skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
A day in the life of the Sign Install Helper would be:
• Assist in setting up the equipment and tools required for the day’s installation
• Review project plan and safety procedures for the day
• Work alongside the Lead Installer to affix signs onto various surfaces, which can include buildings, posts, and other structures
• Anticipate the next steps at all times; this might involve prepping additional materials, providing support, or troubleshooting
• Continuously adhere to OSHA requirements and safety protocols throughout each day

Compensation DOE : $18 - $24 / hour
Requirements:
• Required to work at heights of 10-150’ from a lift truck – can not be afraid of heights
• Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry up to 75lbs
• Able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
• Must have a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to work
• Must be good with your hands and able to use power tools
• Must be able to read a measuring tape
• Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
