Here are the qualities we are looking for in our applicants:
We are looking for awesome co-workers that can step into the role of the positions listed below:
PLAYGROUP LEADER works directly with the dogs, supervising play groups.
Staff are actively engaged with the dogs, working on obedience commands, managing group energy level, and monitoring all dog activities.
This is where everyone starts within our organization.
RUNNER works directly with dogs, front desk, manager, facility owners and customers.
We promote from within, so this position can only be filled by an employee that demonstrates leadership qualities.
Must start out as a play group leader.
FRONT DESK works directly with playgroup leaders, runners, customers and facility owners and managers.
Preferably someone that knows the software Gingr, but we are willing to train.

Be prepared to:
* Be on your feet, active, and attentive most of your shift
* Get dirty
* Learn a ton about dogs
Requirements
Must love dogs!!! If you're not crazy about the pooches, you will hate this job.
This is not a job for everyone.
Working with dogs can be (at times) exhausting, infuriating, disgusting and overwhelming.
If you really love dogs though, it can also be exciting, amusing, and overall very rewarding.
Applicants should be comfortable handling all types of dogs in a humane manner.
You should be able to work equally well either independently or as a team.
Along with a strong work ethic and physical stamina, you must be responsible, honest, patient, prompt and very dependable.
You must possess good written and verbal communication skills, a sense of humor and most importantly, a positive attitude.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SOME WEEKENDS, HOLIDAYS AND OCCASIONAL OVERNIGHTS.
We're looking for people that want to work with dogs, not people who think working with dogs means playing and goofing around with them all day.
