Apartment Leasing Consultant (Bi-Lingual SPANISH)

Graywood Properties is seeking an experienced BI-LINGUAL (Spanish) LEASE UP LEASING CONSULTANT for our 136 unit new construction property in Spring TX, Aria at Ella.
Must have minimum of 1 year apartment leasing experience and ResMan experience preferred.
_*Responsibilities:*_ - Greet and assist prospective residents with property tours and leasing inquiries - Provide excellent customer service to current and potential residents - Process lease applications and complete lease agreements - Conduct background and credit checks on potential residents - Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and documentation - Maintain accurate records of resident information and lease agreements - Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Utilize ResMan property management software for data entry and record keeping - Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders - Assist with marketing efforts, including creating and distributing promotional materials _*Requirements:*_ - One year apartment leasing experience required - Knowledge of property leasing and renewal procedures - Familiarity with ResMan property management software - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent phone etiquette - Ability to negotiate lease terms and resolve conflicts with residents - Proficient in data entry and computer skills - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent organizational and time management skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.
