You will guide Borrowers through the mortgage milestones at every step of the purchase and refinance process.
You will provide initial consultations to identify the Borrowers’ needs and criteria for their new or existing home.
You will implement a sound financial plan through mortgages and act as your Borrowers advocate and adviser through the day of closing.
If you have a *State Mortgage Originator License*, then you have found a great opportunity to earn an unlimited income with a fantastic company.

You can make from 150-275 bps per file for residential loans, up to 6% plus for commercial lending, and up to 8% on reverse lending.

You must be eager to embrace our systems, tools, and mentorship that our team offers.
You must be independent and able to produce at least one mortgage loan per month.
You can work from a home office or if you have experience and would like to become a Branch Manager, we have opportunities available for the right candidates.
If you are new to the Mortgage Industry, and would like to learn this business, we have a step-by-step training program.
Our goal is to offer you a hands-on approach so you can learn this business and we can develop you into a Branch Manager.
