Leasing Consultant

* Lead potential tenants through the leasing process, from initial inquiry to lease signing * Conduct property tours and highlight key features and amenities * Answer inquiries and provide information about rental units, lease terms, and property policies * Evaluate potential tenants' rental applications and conduct background and credit checks * Negotiate lease terms and rental rates with potential tenants * Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documents are signed and submitted * Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and collecting security deposits * Address tenant concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner * Maintain accurate records of rental units, tenant information, and lease agreements * Stay informed about local rental market trends and competition Conclusion: As a leasing agent, you will play a crucial role in the rental process by attracting and selecting ideal tenants for the property.
