Apartment Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for all operational and financial aspects of properties including collections, occupancy, and maintenance requests.
You will act as the senior manager and supervise all relevant personnel.
Responsibilities * Meet property collections goals * Keep high occupancy and low delinquency * Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants * Solve all maintenance requests filed by property inhabitants * Supervise all property staff * Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
