*Archer Volkswagen Cashier Needed*
Archer Volkswagen is busy and growing again!
Family owned and operated, the Archers have been doing business in Houston for four generations.
Archer Volkswagen's Service Department needs help preparing paperwork for warranty submission and facilitating customer transactions.
The successful candidate will be working with the Service Manager, Warranty Administrator, Service Advisors, and Technicians to ensure timely and accurate information goes to the Warranty Administrator.

Customer Pay and Warranty always full.
Large new and used car volume.

*Your job expectations:*
* Full time position
* Basic skills with computer, copier, credit card machine
* Ability to process cash, check, credit card, purchase order payments as well as returns
* Distribute loaner vehicles as necessary, charging customer pay tickets and ensure proper documentation is collected for warranty tickets
* Working with extended warranty and Volkswagen warranty requirements
* You’ll be working with customers, service advisors, warranty admin
* Basic receptionist responsibilities and other duties as requested by management
* Other duties as assigned
*You will need:*
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Valid drivers license and dependable transportation
· Must pass a drug screen & background check
· Must be authorized to work in the USA
