- Maintain inventory levels, monitor product quality, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to optimize product visibility and drive sales.
- Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the home improvement or remodeling industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of home remodeling products and materials is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
