Cashier/Receptionist

Job Title: Cashier/Receptionist Responsibilities: · Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
· Operate the cash register and accurately handle transactions for purchases and returns.
· Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
· Maintain a clean and organized reception area and cashier station.
· Provide information about products, pricing, and availability to customers.
· Process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash drawer accurately.
· Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
· Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
· Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
· Assist with other duties as needed to support the efficient operation of the office.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a cashier or receptionist role preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proficient in using cash registers and basic computer applications.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash transactions.
Knowledge of automotive parts and terminology is a plus.
Friendly and approachable demeanor with a positive attitude.
