Customer Service/Cashier

*Job Summary* We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring smooth transactions at the checkout counter.
*Responsibilities* - Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor - Assist customers with their purchases and provide product information - Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies - Promote sales by offering additional products or services -Order and Restock supplies daily -Assist other employees in multiple areas *Skills* To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills -Ability to type at least 55 wpm - Ability to sell products effectively - Multilingual skills are a plus, as we serve a diverse customer base - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members - Proficiency in cash handling procedures If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
