The position requires a superstar front desk influencer type to help manage our Spring facility’s front lobby that attracts fans, clients and vendors.
The Customer Service / Receptionist's duties and responsibilities include greeting visitors, helping them navigate through the facility, receiving supplies from USPS/FedEx, conducting zoom meetings, while documenting the behind the scenes of the shop for our fans.
In addition, will maintain calendars for appointments, sort mail, provide basic back office support, organization, plan travel arrangements, and supply clients with refreshments as they wait.
As a social media assistant, the customer service / receptionist keeps us ‘relevant’ to the world through influencer type social media content captures and postings that help maintain consistent communication, build brand awareness, and develop relationships with relevant people.
