Budtender

Wild Dispensary is seeking well informed and friendly budtenders with great customer service background.
Budtenders at Wild Dispensary are required to manage customer satisfaction by guiding customers through the selection process and staying current on hemp industry trends.
Budtenders are also responsible for assessing the needs of our patients and for educating/ guiding them in selecting the appropriate hemp products to help with their scenario.
This can include asking about their lifestyle, budget, history of hemp use, and what type of CBD experience they are seeking.
A customer interested in utilizing CBD to reduce pain would need a different product than one who was interested in having fun.
A budtender's job description also includes helping a company achieve its sales goals.
In addition to meeting sales goals, budtenders must ensure compliance with their state's smoking and CBD usage laws, such as the minimum age for customers.
