20 will make you successful in this role! * Sales Associate and Sales Lead positions available * Approximately 20-30 hours a week (can change to 15-20 or whatever hours you need) * Must have some weekend availability * Must be available to open or close * Must have at least one year of customer service/retail experience to be considered * Must be highly motivated and self sufficient * No seasonal positions Responsibilities: * Greeting customers * Responding to customer questions and requests * Improving engagement with merchandise * Providing excellent customer service to all shoppers * Operating cash register and point of sales system * Achieving established sales goals * Product knowledge * Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor * Up-selling products to increase sales * Ensure proper product presentation and stock replenishment * Remember loyal customers’ names, sizes and preferences and maintain friendly relationships with all customers and fellow employees * Must be able to detach from social media and personal phone while at work Skills: * Candidate should be passionate about retail and love interacting with customers * Excellent customer service skills required * Must be organized, trustworthy, and willing to learn in a fast paced environment * Detail-oriented * Ability to style for different trends, occasions and body types * Up-to-date with fashion trends Job Types: Part-time, Full-time Pay: $11.
