We're seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Smoke Shop Manager.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the smoke shop, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures
* Train and manage a team of dedicated staff members, providing ongoing feedback, evaluations, and guidance
* Maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, exceptional customer service, and a welcoming atmosphere
* Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure adequate product availability at all times, while maximizing profitability
* Ensure the visual presentation of the shop is appealing and in accordance with company guidelines
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer engagement, foot traffic, and sales
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues, ensuring prompt resolution to maintain customer satisfaction
* Inventory delivery, stocking, and management
* Comply with health and safety regulations, ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness of the smoke shop and kitchen
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a management role, with a strong track record of successfully leading a team
* Proven experience in the restaurant industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of operating procedures, customer service, and inventory management
* Knowledge of smoking products, accessories, and trends will be considered a strong asset
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and staff
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to drive business success
* Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
* A positive, hands-on approach, leading by example to inspire and motivate the team
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
