Your Role
As Senior Group Manager, you are responsible for a group of departments within a store, facilitating partnerships across departments and driving towards goals to build a customer-focused sales experience.
You will work on-site in your assigned store and report to the Store General Manager or to the Director, Sales Experience.
What You'll Do
Lead a team of multiple Managers and Store Associates.
Oversee all aspects of merchandise with merchant teams and vendor partners.
Collaborate with business partners.
Fulfill store Senior Leadership responsibilities including business analysis, creation and implementation of strategies.
Achieve maximum sales growth following company vision and values.
Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
