*Amazing Spaces Property Manager*
*Position Summary*

Amazing Spaces Property Managers lead the Leasing and Sales Consultants and Storage and Moving Concierges by example.
A successful individual in this role takes the time to build lasting relationships, utilize creative sales strategies, and provide a remarkable storage experience to all those who visit the property.
Property managers are off every Sunday and Monday.
*Responsibilities* * Embody Amazing Spaces’ mission to provide the most remarkable experience and embrace its client-centric culture in interactions with all individuals who visit the properties * Build and maintain long-term, positive relationships with clients, vendors, community businesses, and preferred partners * Manage the leasing process from initial contact to move-in, including preemptively inspecting and maintaining available spaces, offering property tours, and efficiently compiling and completing all lease paperwork to ensure a truly remarkable move-in experience * Strive to achieve economic and square footage occupancy goals by completing all new space inquiry follow-ups and closing the sale with new move-ins * Serve as a moving and storage expert, listening to clients’ needs and offering guidance on the best moving supplies and storage space sizes for their unique situation * Take ownership of property appearance and ensure it represents Amazing Spaces’ distinct standard of quality by completing daily property walk-throughs and performing any necessary upkeep, such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting of retail office, storage spaces, storage areas and bathrooms * Proactively stock merchandise in retail office and follow inventory ordering procedures each month to ensure all products are readily available for our clients * Lead the property’s efforts in community development and creative marketing, including attending chamber functions, building relationships with business partners, and crafting engaging social media posts to increase traffic to the property * Embrace Amazing Spaces’ value of accountability and participate in available educational and development opportunities * Lead the property team’s goal development, emphasizing how we can be more amazing in serving our clients, maximizing performance, and outshining competition * Maintain a working knowledge of the self-storage industry, nearby competition, and market conditions; use this knowledge to assist client inquiries and improve performance at the property * Ensure upkeep of property by accurately entering and updating all maintenance requests in Amazing Spaces’ internal software; ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner and coordinate with Director of Operations to prioritize maintenance duties * Lead the team by example by maintaining a professional image at all times * Understand and perform all responsibilities in accordance to the Company Manual * Additional responsibilities may be given as needed *Skills and Qualifications* * Exceptional communication skills * Amazing attention to detail * Ability to use time and resources efficiently * Experience in sales and customer service * Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Outlook * Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends * Superior level of professionalism * Outstanding phone communication and sales closing skills *Salary and Benefits* Starting pay is $17.
00 and up depending upon experience plus bonus opportunity.
Bonus is paid monthly and ranges from $200-$1,000.
