Ability to operate equipment if trained, but not limited to the following: Paint tint and mixing, key cutting, outdoor gas-powered tools, forklift, pallet jack
Ability to operate vehicle for deliveries
Valid Texas Driver's License with acceptable driving record
Responsibilities
Our Assistant Manager will play a key role in assisting management with all customer-facing positions including stocking, cashiers, sales associates, shift supervisors, and assistant managers
This person is able and willing to jump in to help customers and floor staff when needed
They are passionate about helping our customers and community with personalized and friendly service and set a high standard for our staff
This full-time position is responsible for assisting store management and delegation of duties assigned
Ensuring a high level of customer service that amazes every customer every time
Assist in hiring, training, development and retention of staff
Assist in leading, directing and scheduling staff
Assist in weekly merchandise orders, merchandising, and pricing activities
Opening and closing as a key holder
Responsible for special projects
Regular communications in ownership, management and staff
