We currently have an Asst.
Spa Manager position open in a busy spa.
As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the director in managing the team and provide leadership, coaching, development and direction to all team members.
You will be responsible for ensuring conversion metrics are met on a monthly/quarterly basis and assist in facilitating ongoing training for front desk.

*Duties*
* Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager, strategically manages and promotes sales culture within a Retail environment
* Support the Store Manager with the recruitment, training, development and succession of high-performing, results-driven Team Members
* Effectively manage spa associates, estheticians and therapists while motivating the team in a fun, fast paced environment
* Establish supportive and productive relationships with all team members
* Selling memberships and delivering great customer service to existing and new clients
* Maintaining a professional and impeccable spa environment for members, guests and employees
* Meet monthly, quarterly and annual membership, product and gift card goals
* Working various and changing days and hours (weekend days, opening and closing required)
* Expect to work 50 hours a week

* At least 1 year experience managing teams
* A passion for people and sales
* High level of enthusiasm
* Strong organizational/planning and computer skills
* Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays
* Relevant and successful experience in a hospitality, retail, or fitness setting while holding a position of responsibility
