Katy Rock Shop is a family owned and operated small business located on the heart of Katy, Texas.
We sell crystals, rocks, fossils, meteorites and related produc to children, collectors, hobbiest and crystal healers.
We also run gem mining events.
### Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and sales transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
-be able to process and organize rocks on downtime
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
### Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships.
- Strong communication skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Knowledge about rocks, fossils or crystal healing is a bonus.
- Ability to sell products effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
