We are seeking an individual to work the following days and times: Tues/Thurs/Fri 12pm - 7pm Responsibilities: - Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, needs, and concerns - Utilize phone etiquette skills to handle incoming calls and provide accurate information to customers - Demonstrate excellent sales skills to promote products and services to customers - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow - Utilize technical sales knowledge to provide product recommendations and answer customer questions - Assist with wireless sales transactions and activations - Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Skills: - Strong phone etiquette skills to handle customer inquiries professionally - Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written - Technical sales knowledge to provide accurate product information and recommendations - Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for better communication with diverse customers - Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply for the position of Gym Staff Member.
