Store Associate

*Job Description:* We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Associate.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining store hygiene, providing excellent customer service, handling phone inquiries, managing inventory, engaging in Amazon online selling, and keeping owners informed about inventory needs.

* *Assisting Customers:* Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, locating products, and offering guidance on their purchases.
* *Answering Phone Calls:* Handle incoming phone calls professionally and assist customers with any queries they may have.
* *Consolidating Inventory:* Regularly check and organize inventory to optimize shelf space and make product accessibility efficient.
* *Amazon Online Selling:* Manage online sales through Amazon, including listing products, updating inventory, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
*Familiarity with online selling platforms, particularly Amazon, is a must.
* * *Informing Owners of Needed Inventory:* Keep owners informed about inventory levels, popular products, and any items that need restocking to ensure a well-maintained and well-stocked store.
*Requirements:* * Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
* *Familiarity with online selling platforms, particularly Amazon, is a must.
* * Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
