Account Services Supervisor
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide direction, instructions, and guidance to a team up to 8 associates in US or Bangalore
Identify resource requirements and skill sets to meet business needs.
Develop and implement strategic business plans to increase sales and spend limits while maintaining an acceptable risk.
Review D&B Reports and Financials to Assess credit risk and establish/increase credit limits within DLA for new accounts, and job/rehab accounts.
Communicate department and company policies.
Maintain accurate customer files.
Manage, generate, assign, maintain, and resolve all Zendesk tickets within SLA.
Identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations.
Participate in process improvement projects and support other management directives as prescribed.
Champion projects within the team or within Credit/Collections
Produce weekly and monthly report as requested by management.
Provide monthly 1:1s with associates for employee engagement, career development, coaching, and associate feedback.
Create a continuous training program for associates to expand skillset.
Perform mid-year and annual review.
Annually set goals with associates.
Maintain strong communication with Credit Representatives, Outside Sales Representatives, Customer Service, and Sales Management
Assist with various audits.
Special project as assigned.
Handle data entry and general clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, experience and training.
Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience.
NACM certification CBA/CBF and/or CCE or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency required.
Ability to perform data entry.
Ability to work independently and multi-task.
Ability to handle a heavy load in a fast-paced environment.
Must be detailed oriented and organized.
Must be able to work 8 AM – 5 PM schedule (overtime as needed)
Successful passing of pre-employment drug screen, background screen and driving record

Pay Range for CA, CO, NJ, NY, WA: $56,400.
00 - $94,000.
00 annually
