The Golf Shop Assistant assists the Head Golf Professional in the management of day-to-day Golf Operations of the facility.
The position is responsible to supervise and manage total golf operations in the absence of the Head Golf Professional.
Core Responsibilities: • Promote an exceptional "golf experience," and provide excellent services and programs to all patrons • Assist the Head Golf Professional in managing the facility in an efficient, high quality, service-oriented manner • Oversee all daily operations of the facility including golf operations and golf merchandise concessions to drive revenue • Track and verify all players and guests, golf cars, club care, lockers, handicap fees, and other charges necessary, and facilitate proper controls • Assist in training, supervising and motivating the staff to meet facility objectives Qualifications: • Customer service experience • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent • Tee Sheet Experience Arcis Golf provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
