Job Summary: Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking an Operations Manager who thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
This operations manager would lead our Front Desk, Esthetician, and Massage Therapist Teams.
Responsibilities: Lead diverse groups of people, advising both the teams and the individuals Encourage employees while continually guiding them on how to improve Patiently care for clients, diffusing difficult situations when issues arise Maintain a calm and flexible mindset in a fast-paced environment Manage day to day operations, including scheduling, financial, and team leadership Sell memberships, products, and services Lead with patience and cheerfulness Qualifications: Previous management experience, hospitality industry preferred Kind, personable, and organized Flexible to be on call, able to easily come in on short notice Strong leader, confident, self-assured Passionate about serving others and solving problems Sales experience a strong plus What We Offer: Annual base salary of $40,000-$50,000 DOE Additional commissions on retail and membership sales Complimentary massage and facial services Paid time off and vacation days Free telemedicine, accident & life insurance benefits Deeply discounted health, dental, vision, life, and more available Retirement plan Who We Are: We are a locally-based massage and facial spa that prioritizes client comfort and care.
