Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Private Suites * Wellness Classes & Groups * Free Parking * WiFi * Onsite Food Options Duties - Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and route calls to appropriate staff members - Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar - Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments - Maintain patient records and update information as necessary - Assist with billing tasks as needed - Perform general clerical duties such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents - Ensure the reception area is clean and organized Qualifications - Previous experience working in a medical office or in administrative role - Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with computerized scheduling systems - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with patients and staff members - Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles (e.
