Role Overview
This cosmetic injector role will be to deliver a comprehensive experience for the client, anticipating every aspect of the needs of the client from the moment they bring the client into the treatment room.
The role of our injectors will be to follow the brand driven customer service training and injector training to provide a truly unique experience to each and every client.
The end goals of amazing outcomes, consistency, and an elevated level of service will be achieved utilizing the process of assessment using the Canfield Vectra software, diagnosis, collaboration with client on treatment goals, the treatment itself, post-treatment monitoring and evaluation under the supervision of the Medical Director.

Responsibilities
Deliver best in class cosmetic injectable treatments following the guidelines and under the supervision of the Medical Director
Conduct client consults and treatment plans
Leverage resources and tools provided by Alchemy 43 to enhance adoption of the Alchemy 43 branded experience
Educate clients on all offerings of Alchemy 43 via the client engagement script
Cross-sell procedures and products that compliment the treatment and enhance the result
Synergistically work with Alchemy 43 management, ownership, injectors, and support team
Comply with required protocols, requests, and compliance policies
Effectively utilize all IT systems to include but not limited to Canfield Imaging Software, Patient EMR, client engagement software and all other equipment
Requirements
Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of active relevant aesthetic Injectable experience (ie: Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, & Restylane products) that is unsupervised, in a clinical and/or med-spa setting.
Proficient in FDA approved cosmetic neurotoxins and all FDA approved Allergan dermal fillers
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including every Saturday
Up-to-date TX RN, NP, or PA license
Proficiency with patient EMR, charting, Word, Excel, and other software skills
Hold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, and staff members
Open to learning new techniques and procedures and brand language
Cheerful upbeat demeanor and can-do attitude
Detail-oriented
Excellent customer service and consultative skills
Proven selling skills
Strong business acumen
Strong conflict and problem resolution skills
Experience discussing pricing program with clients
Understanding of social media
Pay: $125,000.
00 - $200,000.
00 per year (hourly) including an uncapped bonus potential
