Commercial Roofing Sales

The Commercial Sales role is responsible for growing the commercial sales division.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Grow Commercial sales division organically Manage client relationships, identify opportunities for new contracts Manage leads that come into the office and internal marketing efforts Train new sales/estimators as needed Contribute to overall sales goals Create and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales goals Hold self accountable for sales goals Oversee project management of sales/estimators Execute company vision Conduct all business in accordance with established policies and procedures Support and abide by the values of the company Other duties as assigned Experience/Education Requirements 1+ years in commercial roof estimating preferred, 2+ years sales required Acceptable driving record and auto insurance Construction and commercial experience preferred
