Field Service Technician

*Job Description: *The Field Service Technician is responsible for performing all outside repair/maintenance work in a thorough and accurate manner by performing the follow duties.
*RESPONSIBILITIES:* Services and installs all equipment according to an established service schedule, company standards and within acceptable time frames as well as troubleshoots and rectifies potential problems on location.
• Applies knowledge of products and seeks additional training /education as appropriate.
• Produces timely and detailed service reports, documenting legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy, and submits daily.
• Works closely with management to ensure timely scheduling of installations, repairs and service work.
• Provides service and customer support during field visits.
• Manages all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
• Always maintains services vehicles in a clean manner and ensures preventive maintenance is performed in a timely fashion.
• Keeps vehicle stocked with enough supply of parts and tools.
• Builds and maintains customer relations in field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company’s image.
• Cooperates with other teams and shares information across the organization.
• Assists with training of less experienced technicians.
*QUALIFICATIONS:* •*7+ years of Wellhead or Frac related experience * • Ability to travel for weeks at a time • Strong background in *Valves and Valve repair * • Clean driving record *Position Type/Expected Hours of Work* - This is a full-time position.
Days and hours of work are usually 12+ hours a day and could be day or night, depending on operations.
*Travel* - Travel is expected 100% of the time from house to location or shop to location.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: From $50,000.
