We're looking for a Civil Estimator who will be a key to our success by partnering with clients, design engineers, and subcontractors to assemble successful bids to build water and wastewater treatment systems across the nation.
Responsibilities include:
Estimate wastewater and water treatment construction projects
Qualify sub-contractor proposals for completeness and scope accuracy
Study project plans, specifications, and schedules to determine appropriate construction methods
Perform detailed and accurate quantity takeoffs
Create self-perform estimates
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial, utility, or industrial estimation
Experience with HeavyBid or Sage Estimating preferred
Ability to read and understand drawings, isometrics, P&IDs and specifications
Prefer experience with utilities or water and wastewater treatment construction
