Responsibilities:

Evaluate costs related to materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.
Bid Preparation:

Present these proposals to potential clients and stakeholders.
Vendor and Subcontractor Engagement:
Solicit quotes from suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.
