You will fully understand the technology of Google’s solutions in the enterprise space, and bring an operational approach to recruiting, coaching, and managing your team.
In this role, you will utilize a player-coach mindset, interface with client executives, and serve in a technical leadership role in large customer opportunities.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $218,000-$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities Manage a team of Customer Engineering (CE) Managers to meet quarterly and annual business growth goals for the region by working with enterprise companies.
Recruit talent and coach the team with a focus on providing actionable, forthright feedback.
Create and drive innovative programs focused on achieving growth at scale.
Work through and directly manage details in the business as required.
Work at an executive level with customers/prospects and participate directly in the key agreements and accounts within the region.
Continue to drive operational aptitude for the organization.
