They are responsible for ensuring a positive experience from the initial phone call with Summit Moving & Storage.
These positions require a deep understanding of our services and the ability to ask open-ended questions to understand a customer's specific moving needs.
They also provide recommendations and guidance to help customers make the best decision for themselves.
A minimum of one year of business, management, sales, or other relevant experience is preferred.
Moving industry experience is preferred.
This is an in office position.
The successful candidate will also preform extensive networking with realtors, apartment communities, home builders to generate leads.

Your role is to establish a dialogue that leads to helping customers with their moving needs.
You will also strive to embody the company's core values and work towards providing a positive customer experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Acting as the first point of contact and sales representative for new and existing customers, building trust in Summit Moving & Storage brand
• Managing all emails and online sales leads through internal software
• Using sales skills to recommend moving, packing, or storage services, as well as retail and upselling boxes or supplies
• Educating customers on terminology, policies, and procedures, as well as any anticipated delays or additional information that may affect customer satisfaction and franchise profitability
