Inside Sales Representative

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for complete coordination of specific customers as assigned Creation and modification of specifications for proposals and quotations for assigned accounts Sales travel for direct customer contact at customer’s locations for assigned accounts Coordination of customer orders with Engineering, Production and Service Departments, including calling and leading contract reviews.
Forecasting likely new orders Providing both positive and negative customer feedback; including lost sales Mentoring both new and established members of sales team Preapprove quotations before submission to the sales manager Participate in cost analysis initiatives as directed by management Participate in company trade show exhibits and seminars Responsible for following all applicable company and corporate policies, procedures and programs, including but not limited to the process map, support processes, safety and environment requirements Other duties as assigned EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma required, some college preferred 1 year sales related experience and/or 3 years field or manufacturing experience or 8 years’ experience combined Basic understanding of manufacturing, particularly within the oil & gas industry Must have familiarity with MS Office type products Oracle ERP experience a plus SSP (Surface Safety Products) and/or valve experience a plus Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Competitive Benefits (visit usbenefits.
