*Position Overview*
Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations, coordinating repair processes, and supervising a team of technicians and support staff.
With your keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills, you will ensure that projects are executed on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
In collaboration with other departments, such as sales, training, and procurement, you will help develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and maximize customer satisfaction.
Your experience in the hydraulic repair industry will enable you to identify areas for improvement, streamline processes, and implement best practices, ultimately contributing to the growth and profitability of the company.
*Responsibilities:*
* Report directly to the Strategic Team (CEO, President, Business Strategist).
The operations manager is responsible for all production operations.
* Oversee, plan, direct and coordinate site operations inclusive of production, production planning, allocations, machine scheduling, tooling, and assembly.
* Develop and enforce standards as it relates to employee safety, product quality, and on time performance.
* Anticipate, produce, deliver, and communicate actionable business and financial information
* Develops strategic plans and objectives in accordance with overall production strategy
* Works closely with production personnel to develop plans/focus to assure continuous improvements that will benefit Operations
* The Operations Manager will demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives
* Prepare analysis of monthly performance vs unproven methods
* Prepare variance analysis to explain changes and variances in forecasts and budgets
* Function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for operations subject matters such as Production Planning
* Manage filling operations by directing the production activities on a daily basis
* Prepare expense and headcount budgets
* Provide effective leadership for manufacturing operations in the plant which includes responsibilities in employee engagement, achieving goals in production, machine and material efficiency, cost out, and quality in conjunction with the business goals and objectives

* *Bilingual: English/Spanish*
* Significant experience in machining/assembly operations – Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Distribution
* Experience in leading and growing a small company in a machining/assembly environment
* Experience in tools, systems of supply chain management
* Degree or 8+ years of upward manufacturing experience
* Strong mathematical, analytical, organizing and planning skills
* Strong leadership and communication skills

Pay: $48,000.
