The client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manufacturing Engineer to work with Mechanical Services Shops Department (MSSD) / Planning and Technical Services Division having hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry.
Candidate should have excellent experience in understanding and reviewing manufacturing drawings of spare parts used in the rotating equipment industry.

Its primary responsibility is to maintain the client's rotating and stationary equipment.
The department plays a vital role in the company as it provides support to all field organizations by maintaining and repairing corporate equipment.

Responsibilities
Provide technical support to spare parts manufacturing of rotating equipment including process selection, manufacturing plans and CAM programming.
Provide technical consultation to Shops Operating Repair Units and Contractor Shops.
Support field installation, maintenance and repair of rotating equipment.
Troubleshoot, repair, modify existing equipment and Identify cost reductions & process improvements.
Ability to prepare design engineering packages of rotating equipment.
Perform technical investigation for shop repair return jobs to identify root cause of failure, corrective repair
actions and lessons learned.
Introduce the latest technology in manufacturing methodology.
Develop and revise department's technical procedures and standards.
Provide coaching and knowledge sharing to junior engineers, quality inspectors and technicians.
Provide technical input for purchasing specifications including technical proposal evaluation.
Liaise with Department engineers, Consulting Services Department (CSD), other departments and
manufacturers.
Liaise with In-House Repair Units, Quality Assurance units, In-Kingdom Contractors and vendors & manufacturers in developing, evaluating, and implementing shop repair work scopes.
Participate in vendor and customer exchange meetings.
Must-Haves:
Bachelor's Degree (4 years) in Mechanical Engineering
20+ years in the Manufacturing field.
Experience in CNC 5-Axis machining and cutting tools including relevant programming CAD and CAM applications i.
e.
NX Siemens and Solidworks etc.
Experience in the reverse engineering field is highly preferable.
Experience in the mechanical design and manufacturing of major rotating equipment such as gas compressors,
steam turbine, pump, diesel engine and gearbox.
Experience on rotating equipment with original equipment manufacturing facility or equivalent certified repairing
facility
Ability to train and develop other young engineers.
